What We Offer

The Calgary Centre For Spiritual Living attracts and welcomes people of all faiths, cultures, and lifestyles through uplifting spiritual messages, rich musical offerings, mind-expanding educational opportunities, and a warm and supportive community of like-minded souls.

Services

On Sundays we offer an alternative to traditional worship by creating an atmosphere for joyful praise and inspirational teaching in an inclusive community in order that we may all experience greater Life.
On Wednesday there is a midweek music and meditation service

Classes, Seminars & Retreats

We offer a myriad of opportunities to expand your consciousness through education. Learn to use the practical tools taught by Religious Science to improve relationships, prosperity, health, work, and creativity ? every key area of your life. Click here for classes

Fun & Fellowship

We have groups to meet almost every need. We also create opportunities for fun and fellowship through volunteer opportunities, concerts, dinner parties, and dances.

Family Ministries & Community Outreach

Our youth programs are wonderful! Just ask the kids. We also provide Sunday childcare and are committed to several ongoing community outreach programs.

March 14 - Raising the Inner Child
We all have one. A child inside who either kicks and screams or hides in a corner.   This kid needs a real grownup to teach it how to play nice and to have fun being mature!

March 21 - Whose Reality is this?
The number of “shoulds” and “have tos” sprinkled throughout our conversation is a clue to how much mastery we have over our own destiny.

March 28 - The I of Me is the I of You
“We are one” is an understatement!  There is only one of us anywhere and nothing “out there” but perception. This is one of those paradoxes we learn to live with but which can also free us from anxiety and depressive thoughts.

The use of electricity is commonplace to us. We know that we can use it in specific ways to produce desirable results. We also know that if used improperly the power can harm us or will have no effect whatsoever. For example, I can cool down a small space with an electric fan but I would never expect it to light the room. My electric oven bakes a cake but cannot run the television. Each use is necessarily specific to the desired result. Some of the early spiritual teachers of New Thought presented this as analogous to how our thought processes access the universal Creative Intelligence. More
